DELIVERY

General delivery times are approximately 7 to 12 weeks. During the building and Christmas periods, delivery times will be approximately two weeks longer than usual.

After placing the order, you will be informed about the expected delivery week within 10 working days. The Studio Fedde planning team will inform you of the final delivery date no later than one week before delivery.

Each front is individually packed for transport. The components are delivered to the ground floor by the drivers as standard, so please provide assistance with delivery if they need to be moved to a floor.

If you place a separate order for handles, a sink or tap, these items will be sent via parcel post. You can track your order via Track & Trace. You will receive this by e-mail.

The delivery charge is 45,- for orders under 500,-. For orders over 500,- we deliver all parts free of charge to your home in the Netherlands and Belgium. For deliveries outside this region, you can view the delivery costs by entering your address in the check-out.

In consultation, collection from our warehouse in Doetinchem is possible. Please contact one of our staff members.

RETURNS

Due to the specifications* of our custom-made fronts, returns or exchanges are not possible. Revocation rights are not offered as newly produced materials cannot be offered and sold again and must therefore be destroyed. Every order contains a unique combination of fronts and thus constitutes a custom-made composition that is rarely if ever repeated. For sustainability reasons, we want to avoid throwing away new and unused materials.

If front materials are left over due to assembly, residual materials can be recycled through a waste processor, such as a local landfill.

*Studio Fedde produces a partial stock of lacquer and oil for finishing custom-made fronts. These runs have identical characteristics as they come from a batch process or batch production. An order placed a period later may be produced from a different batch process or batch production. As a result, minimal finishing differences may be visible between two deliveries.

A tap, sink or handle can be returned within a 30-day period, provided it is unopened and in its original packaging. For the sake of sustainability, Studio Fedde strives to minimise transport. Shipping costs are borne by the sender. The rate depends on the transport costs of the chosen carrier. The article can be sent to:
