As soon as your box has shipped, you get a discount code worth your purchase by email. You use it for your order of fronts or a worktop. That also applies if you buy several boxes.
Front samples are 10 by 10 centimetres: big enough to see colour and texture clearly, small enough to ship easily. Worktop samples are 10 by 20 centimetres.
Yes. The Paint samples are MDF with the same lacquer layers as your fronts. The only difference is that no hardener has been added to the lacquer. Your fronts do have this. The edge of a Paint sample isn't finished all the way round, your final front is. The Wood samples have the same oak or walnut veneer. Veneer is a natural material, so colour and grain can differ slightly from your final front. The worktop samples are the same material as your final worktop. The edges of a worktop sample aren't polished, your worktop's edges are.
Nothing. Order within the Netherlands before 23:59 and your box arrives the next day. Outside the Netherlands: order before 17:00 and it ships the same day with DPD, usually delivered within 1 to 2 working days. You'll get an email with track and trace as soon as your box is on its way.
That's correct, and it isn't a fault. We deliberately don't finish the sample all the way round. Your final front does get a fully finished edge, in the same colour and lacquer layer as the front.
In the studio you can view all the colours on large samples. Walking in is always welcome.
