DELIVERY & RETURNS

In the webshop you can find the expected delivery time for each item. Each material has its own delivery time, so always select the correct material, the chosen color and the model type to check the delivery time. The general delivery times are approximately 6 to 12 weeks. During the construction holiday and Christmas period, delivery times will be approximately two weeks longer than usual. Each front is individually packaged for transport. The Studio Fedde planning team will inform you about the final delivery date no later than one week before delivery. The parts are delivered by the drivers on the ground floor as standard, so provide assistance with delivery if they need to be moved to a floor.

If you place a separate order for handles, a sink or tap, these items will be sent via parcel post. You can track your order via Track & Trace. You will receive this by email.

The delivery costs are €45 for orders under €500. For orders over €500, we deliver all parts to your home for free. Collection from our warehouse in Doetinchem is possible upon consultation. Please contact one of our employees.

Because Studio Fedde fronts are custom-made, returns are not possible. A tap, sink or handles can be returned within a period of 30 days, provided they are unopened.

If you have leftover front material, ensure proper waste processing and hand in the panels at a local landfill.

Studio Fedde gives a 10-year warranty on fronts, covering panels and skirting boards. You can read more about the warranty in the general terms and conditions .
