Maintenance and cleaning
Proper maintenance is important to ensure you can enjoy your fronts for a long time. This requires gentle cleaning, depending on the material. Read more below about maintenance and cleaning for your fronts and choose suitable cleaning products.
WOODEN CABINET FRONTS
Use a soft, lint-free cloth with a mild, pH-neutral cleaning product. Wipe the fronts with a slightly damp cloth and dry them with a dry cloth. Avoid harsh cleaning products and abrasive sponges, as these can damage the finish. We recommend our maintenance-set-eiken-walnoot-fineer for Oak and Walnut fronts.
PAINTED FRONTS
For the first 14 days after installation, only clean the fronts if there are visible stains. After that, clean them with a soft, lint-free cloth and a mild cleaning product, then dry them with a dry cloth. Avoid products containing ammonia, alcohol, bleach or abrasive ingredients.

All our doors and cover panels are supplied in standard IKEA sizes. All sizes on the website are rounded communication sizes. This means that the actual sizes may vary by a few millimeters. Here you will find all the exact dimensions.

Extended doors?
The standard measurement is 1cm above the doors and covering panels to the ceiling. Below the doors, 1cm clearance to the floor is maintained. You do not need to measure the clearance yourself.
Example: with a ceiling height of 250cm, you order doors at 250cm and the covering panels at 250cm:
You will receive 248cm high doors and 249cm high covering panels from us.
